• Connected Integrations: When you connect third-party services (such as Google or Zoho), we obtain authorization tokens to perform actions strictly on your behalf.

2. Google API Services & Limited Use Disclosure

When you connect your Google Account with Bunty AI, our application accesses Google user data via Google APIs strictly to perform executive assistant actions at your direction:

• Gmail (Read & Compose): Searching inbox threads, summarizing unread emails, and preparing email drafts in your Drafts folder.
• Google Calendar (Events): Reading your schedule for daily morning briefings and creating calendar events at your request.
• Google Sheets (Spreadsheets): Reading spreadsheet data and appending expense/task log entries under your instruction.
• Google Docs (Documents): Extracting text from documents and drafting notes or summaries upon request.
• Google Drive (Read-Only): Searching and referencing files you store in Google Drive.

• No Human Access: No human reads your emails, documents, or personal Google data unless you explicitly request customer support.
• No Advertising: We never use or transfer your Google data for serving advertisements, personalized marketing, or retargeting.
• No Model Training: Your Google data is not used to train or improve generalized machine learning or AI models.

All sensitive credentials and OAuth tokens are encrypted using industry-standard AES-GCM-256 encryption at rest. All communication between your device, our Cloudflare edge infrastructure, and third-party APIs is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.

5. Data Deletion & Revocation

You can revoke Bunty AI's access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Account Security Settings. You may also request deletion of all your stored memories and account data by contacting us or issuing a reset command.
